When contacting Technical Support, please fill out the form as completely as possible and include as much information as possible. This will help us resolve your issue faster. Once the form is complete, a Technical Support representative will contact you directly as soon as possible. Support requests are answered via e-mail in the order they are received. Online support is free to all registered Poser users.

Telephone support is also free to registered users. Before using telephone support, please check the resources listed above. Phone support is intended to solve critical technical issues. We are unable to answer project-based questions. Our Technical Support phone number is listed on our website at https://support.posersoftware.com. Telephone support hours are 10 am to 4 PM (U.S. Eastern time). If you call during other hours, or if a representative is not able to answer your call immediately, you will be asked to leave a message, and we will return your call as soon as possible (generally within two business days).
