13.3.1009 Update Summary

The Poser team is pleased to announce the public release of Poser 13.3.1009 Update for Windows and Mac.  This is a FREE update for customers that already own a Poser 13 license.  We would like to thank our beta testers and early adopters for the feedback that always makes Poser better.  Here is a summary of included improvements, and bug fixes.

• Fixed issue where props disappear when you save scene.
• Fixed issue where magnet deforms wrong figure part, now deforms the right figure.
• Fixed crash when reparenting in Hierarchy Editor on Mac.
• Fixed crash caused by FBX export on Mac.
  
• Fixed point light preview on Mac.

ADDITIONS/IMPROVEMENTS

• SuperFly Math node "Type" input ordering list on the Mac now matches Windows.
  
• Custom scatter now correctly sets SurfaceMixWeight to 50%.
  
• IK goals now correctly display as pre-lit if figure is unimesh.
• Window menu Disable Drag Docking For All Palettes now has checkbox for toggling on/off and remembering preference state.
• Added translucence to the physical root node for materials.
• Implemented full support for Cycles|Vector|Displacement node in materials.
  

Last MacOS Build for Poser 13

It has been a difficult decision, but Poser 13.3.1009 will be the last release of Poser for MacOS.  The economics no longer work for continued dual development for Windows and Mac.  Future versions of the full Poser app will be developed and sold for Windows only.  This will free development resources to explore creation of Poser-like tools that can run inside web browsers on any modern operating system.
